New Orleans Pralines
Join us for a special talk with Anthony Stanonis, a Loyola alum, former instructor, and generous donor of two collections to Loyola's Special Collections & Archives. His research explores the cultural and economic impact of urban tourism in the American South. He’ll share insights from his latest book, New Orleans Pralines: Plantation Sugar, Louisiana Pecans, and the Marketing of Southern Nostalgia.
As part of the event, we’ll highlight unique items from the archives—and yes, there will be pralines to enjoy!
