Portable Equipment
Portable equipment is available for checkout from Media Services and the Learning Commons. For events held in the Danna Center, please request equipment from Student Life and Ministry.
The Learning Commons provides equipment loans of laptops, iPads, and WiFi hotspots.
Students, faculty, and staff may reserve AV equipment for setup or pickup from Media Services for short-term needs. All Media Services equipment reservations must be made at least two business days prior to the pickup/delivery date.

Media Services also provides legacy equipment such as VHS decks, cassette players, slide projectors, and overhead projectors. Contact us to see if we have what you need!
Laptop Loans
Weekly Loans (LC desk)
The Learning Commons lends laptops and tablets for one-week checkout. This equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and cannot be reserved ahead of time. Equipment checked out from the Learning Commons cannot be renewed online or if all units are checked out. Please see the Learning Commons Borrowing Procedures and Policies page for more information about loan periods and overdue fees.
Short-term Loans (weekly)
Media Services loans out equipment, including laptops, on a short-term basis of no more than a week at a time. For our policies and procedures, please visit our Policies and Fines page. To request a short-term loan of any of our portable equipment, fill out the form below.
